For cooling application involving large spaces, such as hotels, airports, shopping centers, hospital, and office buildings, the Phoenix Plus series is an excellent choice.

The Phoenix Plus line offers a nominal cooling capacity range of 120 – 450 tons, using screw compression and ecological refrigerant (R134a).

Optimized for use with R134a, these screw compressors used in Phoenix Plus line ensure a high level of reliability, thanks to the reduced number of moving parts, and to the symmetry that couples the drive screw and the electric motor.

The robust screw compression load and unload efficiently to respond to partial load conditions, thereby ensuring energy-efficient operation and a long useful life.

The modular design of the condenser allows independent operation of fans, promoting high energy efficiency, depending on the season.

Microprocessor-based controls manage chiller functions, which include alarms as well as any interface to a BMS, as well as remote monitoring and control.

Reliable and efficient operation throughout a wide range of part-load operation (up to 4 screw compressors added to the “Smart Stepless” algorithm).
